Digital service
Credits are delivered instantly to your account after payment; nothing is shipped.
Failed evaluations
If an evaluation cannot be completed (for example an unreadable scan), the credits it used are returned to your account.
Refunds
Unused credits bought within the last 7 days can be refunded on request to laalpenai@gmail.com. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5-7 working days. Credits already used for completed evaluations are not refundable.
Duplicate or failed payments
If you were charged but did not receive credits, email us with your payment ID and we will credit or refund you within 2 working days.
